We process redemption's within 24 hours via Tierlock or Paylightning. The minimum redeem amount is $10, and the minimum load amount is $1. FREE PLAY RULES: Your account must have a zero balance to receive free play. Loads of $19 or less are subject to a maximum redeem equal to ten times the loaded amount. Loads of $20 or more are subject to a maximum redeem equal to five times the loaded amount. Any winnings that exceed the respective maximum redeem limit will be forfeited. Free play credits are nontransferable.
If your account is misloaded you must notify Customer Support before playing. Any winnings obtained from misloaded accounts will be invalid for redemption.

You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of your Customer Account and for any activity linked to your account, including use by a minor, which is strictly prohibited. We are not liable for any abuse or misuse of your Customer Account by third parties resulting from your disclosure of login details, whether intentional or accidental.
ACCOUNT CONTROLS:
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, close, or refuse to open any Customer Account at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to void participation in a game, partially or in full, if we determine there was an error, mistake, misprint, or technical fault affecting pay-tables, win-tables, stakes, odds, or software. Final decision: In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on a user device and our records, the Manager’s determination shall be final. All determinations under these terms are final, binding, and enforceable to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, and no additional appeal, review, or relief will be permitted whatsoever.
Donations for Credits
We must state that anything you send is considered a donation . This means what you send us will not be considered payment. You get credits for making donations but we also offer free credits, so you are not being given any advantages by making donations. All donations are final and by agreeing to this message you are agreeing that you will not dispute or try to seek compensation or refunds through any payment processer we use. You are also agreeing that you will not try to scam or attempt to give false claims about donations or redeems. This will result in your account being suspended or even banned. Disputing payments that were sent in will get you banned.
